N Nose to nipple - start with their chin tucked in touching the breast and their nose opposite the nipple before waiting for a wide mouth to guide them on to latch at the
S Sustainable - when your baby is latched and sucking you can lean back and make yourself comfortable

Fit: A correctly fitted flange can improve milk volumes but it can also reduce the risk of inflammation, blocked ducts and mastitis. Using flange inserts can be an effective way to achieve this. Here is one example but there are many similar products. Please check compatibility with your pump.
This helps to avoid bottle preference, overfeeding, excess wind etc. Essentially paced bottle feeding means that the baby is in a more upright position, holding the bottle horizontally allowing the baby to control the flow of milk with active sucking. The teat will only be half filled with milk, but they don't actually take in more air, it's the fast paced bottle feeding that causes air intake.
